Home Health Services

Home health is an option for individuals who are disabled or need assistance with activities of daily living such as mobility, dressing, eating, toiletry, and grooming. This applies to those with longstanding illnesses as well as those recently discharged from a hospital. We understand that restoring one's quality of life is of the utmost importance when healing from an illness. Oasis Home Health helps with a multitude of conditions and illnesses including, but not limited to, the following:

  • COPD

  • CHF

  • Diabetes

  • Acute/Chronic Pain Management

  • Tube Feeding

  • Catheter Care

  • Wound VAC

  • Complex Wounds

  • PICC Maintenance

  • Antibiotics

  • TPN Infusion

  • Medications Requiring IV Pump

Our nurses can help with the management of complex wounds including those being treated with negative pressure therapy.

Our staff work to ensure that necessary equipment and supplies including oxygen, durable medical equipment, medical supplies, and assistive devices are punctually ordered and delivered.

Our nurses are available throughout the week and offer weekend visits for those who need care outside of office hours.

We help administer medications requiring IV infusion via a medical pump such as long term antibiotics.

We can provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services when appropriate to help improve the coordination, strength, and skills necessary to complete activities of daily living.

We can help coordinate Medical Social Worker and Certified Home Health Aide visits. Consultative services for hospice and palliative care is also available.
